Eleanor Espiritu

Eleanor is a gifted Registered Massage Therapist, dedicated to using the power of human touch to help others. Interested in how the tendencies of the modern self can create tension, stress and pain, she works with her clients to reduce these effects by encouraging the body to relax and release. Using techniques rooted in Swedish massage, and her intuition, Eleanor aims to guide the body toward a more open and relaxed state so that deep changes in posture and alignment can take place.
