    Esthetics at bodyone are all natural and fresh. The facial masks are prepared from the highest quality fresh dried herbs, ground and mixed to the specifications of this clinic, by this clinic. Every constituent is considered for the best outcome for your skin and we specialize in customizing both product and technique to bring you the results that you hope for but might not imagine possible, using noninvasive natural products and methods. The product used on your skin is as close as one can come to unadulterated plants and minerals, found or grown in undisturbed and healthy environments. We do our best to be current on endangered species and comply with considerations for sustainability.


  • FACIALS

    • Having a facial is a retreat from the regular routine. Time wisely spent with our dedicated and knowledgeable skincare professional will leave your skin clear and radiant. Taken as a regular practice you can reverse the build up of chemical skincare products, restore the light and flush of a healthy complexion and/or ward off unwanted and unnecessary signs of aging.


  • STANDARD FACIALS

    • These facials are offered in two versions, the regular and the plus version. The regular is 90 minutes and the plus version is 120 minutes and includes lymphatic drainage and acupressure. These facials are excellent sustaining facials most suited to a regular regime of not more often than six weeks, and not less often than every 3-4 months. They employ all the beautiful natural ingredients you need to feed your skin a rejuvenating feast.


  • The Herbal Facial

  • The Basic Herbal Facial - $85
    This facial begins with a facial tea wrap of infused organic herbs; this is followed by a Vitamin C and papaya enzyme exfoliant scrub. Extractions are performed if requested and necessary. Next the skin is massaged from the face to the decolletage alternating flaxseed mucilage and omega oils. This is steeped into the skin with a second wrap and followed by the herbal mask (which can be customized according to particular individual needs and conditions). Because of the astringency of healing herbs a second mask of honey and egg yolk is applied to replenish the sebum. The facial is completed with toner and day cream by New Light Skincare.

  • The Plus Herbal Facial, with acupressure and lymphatic drainage - $105
    This facial is exactly as same as the Basic Herbal Facial except that between the two masks lymphatic drainage and acupressure are performed to relax the facial muscles and the origins of the tensions through reflex points, as well as emphasize drainage.

  • The Mineral Facial

  • The Basic Seaweed and Glacial Drift Clay - $85
    This a beautiful mix of mineral rich seaweed and clay. Glacial Drift Clay is harvested in Northern British Columbia and is considered one of the purest and mineral rich clays in the world. Its reputed healing properties precede it as one of the most healing clays in the world. It carries all the attributes of healing clays with the added force of being virtually untouched since prehistoric glacial drifts and evidencing more than 60 trace minerals at higher levels than any known mud. This dynamic duo is spiked slightly with rosemary for its rubefacient quality. The facial tea is spiked with mint and coltsfoot to prepare the skin for the deep dose of minerals the main mask of this facial offers. This facial is an excellent choice for aging or neglected skin, skin suffering from poor nutrition and for those suffering from thyroid problems, as seaweed is a natural source of iodine. It is also a great facial for those coming off heavy chemical facial products.

  • The Plus Seaweed and Glacial Drift Clay, with Lymphatic Drainage and Acupressure - $105
    Acupressure is based on the Japanese pressure point system. It releases muscle tension as well as stimulates the reflex areas of the body that show their tension in the face. It quiets the mind, treats the general body function, increases circulation, releases tension and softens the features. Lymphatic drainage is a very gentle technique that sweeps toxins out of local tissue and into the lymph system, thus lightening the skin's physical weight and brightening the complexion.

  • PREMIUM FACIALS

    • The premium facials include case-by-case accommodations for special needs for the neck and eyes, using clays, oils, herbal extracts and manual techniques.


  • Deep Hydrating and Exfoliating Facial - $115
    This begins with an herb tea towel wrap, 2 exfoliations and 2 vitamin masks, the second of which is A. C, E, and Selenium. Now the skin is very open and primed for a deep omega oil infusion. Omega oils are massaged into the skin in three episodes, interspersed with our famous flax sack massage. The first lengthy mask is the herb mask, rich in slippery elm and mallow; with glacial drift clay mixed with freshly ground elder flower, chamomile, plantain, calendula, alfalfa and lavender, fortified with spirolina, and oats. During this mask enjoy a hand and arm massage.

  • Anti Aging Facial - $115
    The anti aging facial is ideal for those who want to see the life giving benefits ginseng has on the skin. Together with supporting herbs this facial gets its potent anti-aging properties from panax ginseng, angelica and mallow, as well as an omega oil massage using rose hip, borage, carrot seed oils and geranium, clary sage and mandarin essential oils. This facial includes lymphatic drainage and acupressure for muscle tension release and increased circulation and detoxification.

  • Anti-Acneic Treatment
    Anti-acneic treatment series for troubled, inactive, overactive and inflamed skin. This is certainly best done in a series. It also requires dietary consultation and support. If you have a naturopath or nutritionist that you are working with, that is helpful, but if you don?t we suggest that you include that. In serious cases we like to be in communication with your health professional. We give two prices here for the anti-acne treatment, one with a nutritional consultation and ongoing support and one without.

    Three Month Program - $650
    Primary consultation with naturopath includes all dietary consideration and direct communication between naturopath and esthetician for a treatment plan that is best suited to you. Two subsequent check-ups with the naturopath and bi weekly facials of 75 minutes each, for a total of six facials.

  • THE MINI FACIAL

    • All the mini facials include a facial tea towel wrap, exfoliation and a massage with the famous flax sack and omega oils and you finish with a toner and day cream. They are all the same price and we encourage you to have them regularly.

  • The Mini Herbal Facial - $70
    The main differences between the Mini Herbal and the Basic Herbal facial is that the face tea of the mini is a preparation of purified water and essential oils, rather than a herbal preparation, it's a single mask, so does not include the egg and honey mask and it does not include extractions. It is in all ways a wonderful herbal facial. Besides maintaining a budget this facial will maintain your skin beautifully if it is in relatively good condition and taken every 4-8 weeks. Best suited to young, well maintained skin and for those having frequent facials or coming off of heavy chemical products.

  • The Mini Torf Peat Mud Facial - $70
    This facial employs the powerful healing and nutritive primordial mud that comes from the Czech republic. Torf peat as an unusual concentration of bio-minerals, trace elements, vitamins, amino acids, plant hormones and fatty acids in a molecular form that is easily absorbed in human skin. Torf is not clay it is peat, known for its ability to preserve non-herbaceous life forms, intact, for thousands of years. Torf is used extensively at bodyone for its healing properties. Essential oils can be added to this facial to give it a more pleasant aroma. This is a great facial for all ages, conditions, and skin types and is another great facial for those coming off of heavy chemical products.

  • The Mini Seaweed and Glacial Drift Clay - $70
    A mineral rich mix of seaweed and glacial clay, considered one of the most healing clays in the world and harvested right here in Canada, in the northern reaches of B.C.   • The Mini Castor Oil Facial - $70
    Simple and powerful. This is a wonderful facial and yet it is hard to make it sound exotic. Castor Oil has been used for centuries to help drain the lymphatic system, and breakdown deep-seated congestion. It has also been known for its ability to dissolve connective tissue build-up. In this facial the massage with omega oils is given at the end to help work in the castor oil an increase the drainage of the lymph. After the facial steam wrap and exfoliation the castor oil is applied under a felt mask and the face is wrapped in hot towels to increase the penetration and absorption of the oil. Due to the high oil content this mask finishes with a light almond sugar cleanse and day cream.

    We offer a Mini Facial Package, where you can buy 12 facials (one per month) for $700. This is especially helpful if you are recovering from heavy chemical creams, neglect, smoking, environmental compromises, etc. The esthetician can mix the mini's to bring out the qualities most important at any given stage in your recovery.

    This is a summertime facial we bring back every year because it is simply a great facial for refreshing the skin's waxy/sticky summer veil, without disrupting the healthy balance of the skin's mantel. A fruity, fragrant, fresh and effective facial using almond sugar, mint, lime, avocado, banana and many other oils, clays, and herbs to make your skin sparkle inside and out, without disrupting the production of healthy protective sebum we rely on to maintain the skins integrity. Includes a lovely facial tea wrap, exfoliation, etc, of all the standard facials.

  • THE NECK

    • The neck is an incredible anatomical structure, a fascinating network of muscles, bones, nerves, blood and lymph vessels. It is also one of the most neglected areas of a woman's regime and a telltale sign of aging.
    Contrary to popular belief there are things that can be done to prevent premature aging of the neck and throat, and there are ways to improve on a circumstance that has gone a bit astray. Keeping the neck young means keeping the muscles subtle, which in turn means to free the tissues of metabolic waste. When the muscles become toxic and tense they separate from the superficial fatty layer causing premature sloping of the skin. The neck treatment includes a series of treatments from cleansing to invigorating the tissues and blood flow. How many sessions are required depends entirely on the individual.

    First step, first week, 1 - 30 minute acupressure massage of the neck for muscle release and assessment. This is followed by 3 visits of 45 minutes, hydrotherapy and massage with rejuvenation oils.

    Second step, second week, 1 - 30 minute acupressure treatment and reassessment followed by 2 seaweed masks and revitalizing massage treatments of 45 minutes. Head massage during mask.

    Third step, twice-weekly castor oil mask for the neck followed by omega oil massage.

    Forth step, twice weekly glacial clay mask and toning exercises.

    In some cases we employ acupuncture to help tone the newly detoxified and mobile tissue.
